Weāre the Beach Cities Cryo Wellness Paw-fessionals.
Between the two of us, thereās a 101-pound difference. One of us is a 110-pound Doberman. The other is a 9-pound Miniature Pinscher. š
And we have very different jobs.
The little guy takes his role as Chief of Security extremely seriously. He works hard protecting and supervising everyone, and alerting us to every suspicious leaf, delivery truck, and squirrel.
The big guy has a different approach to life: get lots of pets, spend time with your people, and take plenty of naps. He considers hanging out with his humans a full-time job.
But despite our differences, we both know how to take care of ourselves.
We get outside. We move - walking as much as we can. We eat well rounded meals and limit treats (well only because our parents limit the treats). We drink water (A LOT and spill it all over the floor). We rest when weāre tired (which is A LOT). And most importantly, we spend time with the people we love.
Our humans even have a PEMF mat and infrared sauna at home, and naturally, we believe wellness is for everyoneāincluding dogsāso weāre happy to "supervise" whenever they use them. š¾
Maybe thatās the lesson: wellness doesnāt look exactly the same for everyone - just listen to your body, take care of the basics, and make time to recharge.
Now, we gotta get back to work.
The little one has perimeter security.
The big one has a nap.
